Head Shrug

Take a deep breath and exhale slowly through your mouth. Shrug your shoulders and let them go loose. To do this exercise correctly, slide your shoulders up towards your ears along the mat. If you raise your shoulders off the mat you will cause tension in the shoulders which defeats the purpose of the exercise. Do this exercise twice more.
