Head Roll

Take a deep breath and exhale slowly through your mouth. Now let your head fall to one side. Slowly roll your head to the opposite side. I repeat, do this slowly. Be sure you do not force your head to more than it's natural weight will permit. This exercise helps to reduce tension and stiffness in the neck muscles.
Do this exercise twice more with your head rolling easily from side to side.
