Lay flat on your back, pull both knees up to your chest, and then gradually lower your legs as you return to your basic starting position with both feet on the floor. Be sure you do not raise your hips off the mat. Do the exercise twice more.

This exercise is designed to start the strengthening of your abdominal muscles.
